I also prefer to use fettuccine, linguine, tagliatelle, and small pasta like rigatoni, fusilli, and penne.  As you make this creamy steak pasta, it will eventually shortly be on rotation on the food timetable. This was produced with cream cheese and Parmesan but you can substitute product cheese for double product/hefty cream, or coconut product.
